What is the main purpose behind those consultations?
Over the past few years, I’ve noticed that some people are looking for products that the store doesn’t have where I took some initiative by creating some consultations along with appointments. Within those consultations, I’ve noticed that I’ve been receiving tons of followers and likes on the store website and social media but I wasn’t making enough sales where the economy became a rift where I fully decided to create consultations where I don’t want them to feel left out of the business and business decisions but I want to use it as their platform to voice what they want in a product and how they want it to come out but to have full control on who they are making the product for and the purpose behind it. However, these consultations are going to be something that can be continuous but a safe and non-judgmental place where everyone can express their own ideas. Therefore, I want to use this consultation to demonstratively focus on their needs but to make sure they have a great experience.

What is the purpose behind consultations? How does it work?
From a business perspective, I get this question a lot where people are trying to understand how this fully works. When you are doing a consultation, you are strongly required to fill out a consultation form that I will send to you through your personal email where it can help me review everything on that form. After the form has been sent, I am going to take two to three business days to review everything on there and making sure you are meeting those requirements.
Once they are met, I’ll send you a notify through your personal email. After your form is approved, you can schedule an appointment anytime but the first appointment is going to cost you $10.00. After you scheduled an appointment, please make sure you have your idea drafted on paper, the product you want to make and a Zoom link that is attached to your email address. Once your design is finished, I will email you to let you know when it is finished. If you want to make some adjustments to it, please don’t be afraid to let me know.
When your appointment is confirmed, please arrive ten to fifteen minutes early. If you are going to be late, please let me know and I’ll make sure to get your time slot adjusted. If you are a no show, you are going to have a refund of the cost of the product you paid for. However, if you can’t make it or need to reschedule, please let me know a few days prior. After the first appointment, you will get free consultations.
